MERK ELITE SERVICES INC, doing business as ServiceMaster Elite Services ("we"), collects names, phone numbers, email addresses and service addresses only to provide our services and to communicate with our customers and employees.

Text messaging (SMS)

Customers opt in to texts through a consent checkbox on their signed service agreement; employees opt in through a signed text message consent in their new-hire paperwork. We use mobile numbers only to send service notifications (arrival times, schedule changes, job confirmations) and work notifications (shifts, job assignments, site updates). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our messaging provider), or when required by law.

Security and retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and protect it with reasonable safeguards.
