Terms and Conditions – Text Messaging
Effective October 20, 2026.
By opting in, customers and employees agree to receive text messages from MERK ELITE SERVICES INC (doing business as ServiceMaster Elite Services). Customers opt in through a consent checkbox on their signed service agreement. Employees opt in through a signed text message consent in their new-hire paperwork.
Program description: service notifications (arrival times, schedule changes, job confirmations) and work notifications (shifts, job assignments, site updates). No marketing messages.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase or employment.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
